I became interested in the real estate business or real estate as it is known in the United States in 2008, where the subject became news due to the great fall in the real estate market. At that time I began to investigate and understand the opportunities that existed in that sector.

I had been investing in my country since I was very young, but the obvious political problems that were affecting the economy forced me to expand my horizons and protect my capital, and that is how I began to think about Investing in the United States. These two factors motivated me to be who I am today, an active investor in Real Estate. I spent years preparing myself and building a successful business model that I share with my clients today. I show you my successes and mistakes and how it is the best way to have a successful business while growing your wealth and protecting it.

 

Vocational training

I have a degree in International Studies with a Postgraduate Degree in Hydrocarbons Administration and Economics, a sector in which I have trained as a professional for more than twenty-five years.

The areas that I was most passionate about were Strategic Planning and Public Relations.

I apply all this knowledge learned in my professional life and corporate experience today in my processes. The key is an adequate structure, with a multidisciplinary team, a lot of organization and a clear vision of where you want to go and why.
